Venetia Lean is a Member of the Board of Banque Havilland S.A. Luxembourg. She is also an ILA and INSEAD Certified Board Director, having completed the INSEAD International Directors Programme.

Venetia moved from London to Luxembourg in 2009 to assist with the acquisition and set up of her family’s business, Banque Havilland S.A. From 2012 Venetia was appointed to the Board of the bank and in 2016 founded her own multi-family office business. Prior to moving to Luxembourg Venetia was working for her family in London, and responsible for the set-up and daily operation of their FSA-regulated investment manager. Before joining the family business Venetia worked as a business strategy consultant for Ernst & Young and Syzygy (the digital arm of the WPP group) advising companies from a variety of sectors (government, banking, energy, retail etc.) on all aspects of their business including digital and technology strategies. More recently Venetia has been focused on advisory and mentoring roles supporting a variety of individuals and organisations from technology start-ups and their founders through to wealth management students at the University of Luxembourg.

Venetia recently completed the Artificial Intelligence programme from Oxford University, a reflection of her forward-thinking nature and dedication to staying at the forefront of technological advancements.
