    • Biography

    Lorna is an independent non-executive director.

    She began her career in Luxembourg in 1996 in third party investment fund administration. Having originally been recruited for her language skills to service German and English speaking investors, she gained in depth knowledge of all aspects of transfer agency administration and investor servicing over many years. She went on to specialise in corporate governance and  regulation and held the position of Company Secretary for a number of UCITS funds before moving into the real estate investment fund sector in 2006, working as Company Secretary, Continental Europe for Goodman and then as Head of Office and director for Savills Investment Management’s Luxembourg platform and AIFM for 11 years.

    Lorna is a CSSF-approved company and fund director and conducting officer and was one of the first individuals in Luxembourg to qualify under ILA’s Company Secretarial and Governance Practice scheme.
