Biography
Monica is IDP-C Certified Director, INSEAD and ILA Certified Director. She seats as Non-Executive Director in some private companies in Luxembourg. She is CFO and COO of Rossini S.ar.l. , a company indirectly held by CVC Capital Partner, which she joined in 2019 and she is director of the board of Rossini S.àr.l..
Monica has over 25 years of experience in management roles focused on financial and operations areas across a variety of industries.
Monica started her career in the financial services industry, with roles at Istituto di Credito delle Casse di Risparmio Italiane and Intesa Sanpaolo Bank. After that, Monica was a Manager of the International Finance Department at Telecom Italia. Later, Monica held management roles as a Chief Operating Officer at CIR International/Société de Participation Financière Italmobiliare ans Société Internationale Italcementi.
Monica is a dual citizen of Luxembourg and Italy. She has a degree cum laude in Political Science with specialization in Economics from the University of Rome La Sapienza, an MBA from LSB, Luxembourg School of Business, a post-graduate degree in International Tax Law from La Sapienza Rome and a Corporate Governance Certification from INSEAD.
She fluently speaks Italian, French, English and she has a knowledge of Spanish.
