    • Biography

    Damien Rensonnet is the co-founder of AIS (Alternative Investment Services S.à r.l), a Luxembourg based service provider which mission is to bring flexible solutions to businesses in need of senior financial resources (www.aiservices.lu).

    Since at AIS, Damien has been assisting real estate and private equity Fund managers in the context of several finance missions. He has also been appointed as independant non-executive board member for several regulated and non-regulated vehicles, in Luxembourg and in Belgium. 

    Prior to AIS, Damien was a Director at the Carlyle Group where he has been involved in over 100 real estate investments transactions and asset management. For over 17 years, he has focused on finance, accounting, tax and legal matters in connection with all European Real Estate investment structures. While at Carlyle, Damien also served as an executive board member for over 7 years. 

    Damien is an ILA Certified Director, holds an INSEAD Corporate Governance Certificate (IDP) and a master degree in BA from HEC Management School/University of Liège (Belgium).
