Irina Svinar has over twenty years of international leadership expertise in the regulated and non-regulated fund industries (Private Equity Real Estate-PERE). Since 2015, she was the Head of the Alternative Investment Fund Manager, acting as a Conducting Officer PM, Chair of the Board. Active mandates for the Private Equity and Real Estate (PERE): Hospitality segment focus, a cooperation with leading hotel operators*Six sciences *Four Seasons* IHG* Carlson Rezidor*Marriott* Hard Rock* Meininger*Austria Trend. Irina is an expert in all aspects of financial management, specifically mergers & acquisitions in PERE.

Prior to her years in the private equity business, she worked 10 years for PriceWaterhouseCoopers. She holds a Master’s Degree in Highest Honors in Information Technology in Economics and Management. She is a qualified member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) since 2001 and a Certified Independent Director by INSEAD and Institut Luxembourgeois des Administrateurs (ILA).
