    • Biography

    Fernando Valenzuela is the Chief Financial Officer and a Member of the Executive Committee of CACEIS Investor Services Bank S.A., a Significant Financial Institution and custodian bank with presence in 6 geographies across Europe and Asia.

    Having served on various Boards and Committees, and having recently completed the International Directors Program (IDP) at INSEAD, Fernando is also a Certified Director by ILA.

    Fernando started his career at GE, completing the Financial Management Programme (FMP) and holding various roles of increasing responsibility at GE’s Corporate Audit and GE Capital, including Deputy CFO of universal and publicly traded Bank, in Warsaw. Prior to joining CACEIS IS Bank, he was the Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Executive Committee of the joint venture Mubadala GE Capital, based in Abu Dhabi.

    Fernando holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University in Montreal, and speaks fluent English, French and Spanish.
