DAVIES Taavi

Taavi Davies has been an independent director since 2011.

Prior to that, Taavi worked as a lawyer from 2001 to 2011, first for Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Sullivan & Cromwell in London, then for D Harris & Co in California, specializing in investment funds. He also worked in the Prime Brokerage divisions of Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch in London.

Taavi has a master’s degree in history and law (1997), and an LLM in International Law (2000) from Cambridge University. He is admitted as a lawyer in England & Wales and to the California Bar. He was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar (2012-2019).

Since 2022, Taavi has been a William Pitt Fellow at Pembroke College, Cambridge University with a focus on corporate governance.
