GOURDAIN Bertrand

Bertrand has extensive experience in the Luxembourg fund industry. He is currently the Fund Principal at the Luxembourg based law firm LUXLEX in charge of the department dedicated to advising on the set up and operation of regulated entities (traditional and alternative investment funds, management companies and AIFMs).

He previously worked for CF Fund Services S.A. (Professional of the Financial Sector, wholly-owned subsidiary of BDO Luxembourg) for ten years. He led the legal and regulatory department with a focus on the structuring of regulated products.

Bertrand is also a Luxembourg-based independent director on various regulated entities (UCITS, SIF, RAIF).

Bertrand was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2000.
