GRAAS Jacques, Allen Overy Shearman Sterling SCS

Jacques Graas is a Partner in the corporate/M&A department of A&O Shearman in Luxembourg. He deals with a wide range of corporate and M&A transactions across all sectors and has particular expertise in financial institutions M&A, private equity/asset management and real estate. Jacques is also regularly involved in public M&A and takeover law related matters.

Prior to joining A&O Shearman in 2013, he worked for five years at two major U.S. law firms in New York and Paris and qualified as a lawyer in both jurisdictions. 

Jacques holds a Master II degree from the University of Paris II-Assas in business law and an LL.M. from Harvard Law School.
