MCDERMOTT Tracey, GEMINI GOVERNANCE + ADVISORY SOLUTIONS SARL

Tracey McDermott is a Governance Specialist with over 20 years’ experience in the Funds’ industry and acts as independent Director for a number of regulated and unregulated funds and management companies.

Her areas of expertise include: Independent Director on UCITS (Mixed Strategies – e.g. Long only, Long/Short, Absolute Return, Currency etc.) and Alternative Investment Funds (Mixed Strategies and Infrastructure AIFs);  fund operations, compliance and risk management; operational background giving in-depth, hands-on operational experience/knowledge and in-depth regulatory knowledge.

Tracey was co-director of the ILA Funds Governance Masterclass (Cohort 2 – 2023/24) and is currently co-chairperson of the ILA Investment Funds Committee.
