POWER Yann

Yann is an Independent Director and Governance & Compliance Coach in the Investment Fund Industry.

He supports investment fund managers and investment funds aiming to implement sound and effective governance practices and mitigate compliance risk, inter alia, through an efficient and healthy compliance culture. 

He has over 20 years of experience serving and advising Luxembourg’s traditional and alternative fund industry, inter alia, as Regulatory Expert, Conducting Officer, Compliance & AML/CFT Compliance Officer, and Fund Distribution specialist. 

He is Programme Director of the Fund Governance Masterclass of The Luxembourg Institute of Governance (ILA), Co-Chair of the ILA Alternative Investment Funds Committee, former co-chair and member of the European Long-Term Investment Fund (ELTIF) Working group of the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI) and a member of the Association of Luxembourg Compliance Officers (ALCO).
