SALVAT-WINTER Bronwyn

Bronwyn Salvat-Winter has 30+ years of commercial experience including 17 years in the Luxembourg asset management sector. Bronwyn has been an Independent Director since January 2023. Prior to that, she was the European Regional Head of Compliance and Conducting Officer, Compliance for M&G Investments in Luxembourg, a Mega ManCo with  EUR100bn+ AuM across both liquid and illiquid asset classes. She initially joined M&G Lux in 2008 working in an operational and governance capacity for Real Estate funds subsequently taking on the role of Conducting Officer responsible for risk, valuation, compliance and oversight of delegates.

She project managed the setting up of a CH 16 ManCo in 2012, obtaining an AIFM license and implementing an AIFM operating model in 2014. From 2016 to 2019, she was a core member of the project team extending the AIFM license to a Mega ManCo license and setting up and implementing an expanded Lux operating platform as M&G’s response to Brexit. She set up the governance and compliance functions for M&G Lux including the compliance and oversight frameworks for 6 European branches and an EEA subsidiary.

Bronwyn is a member of the ILA Alternative Investment Funds Committee.
