SURPLY Gregory, Franklin Templeton International Services S.a.r.l

With more than twenty years of Luxembourg Legal practice, Gregory is both Associate General Counsel and Conducting Officer at Franklin Templeton Luxembourg.

Gregory is in charge of the legal department of Franklin Templeton International Services S.à r.l., covering Luxembourg and EMEA legal and regulatory matters. As conducting officer in charge of marketing and distribution, he oversees cross border distribution activities of AIFs and UCITS funds in over 52 countries by more than 1,000 distributors globally.

Gregory is an active member of the Luxembourg Fund Association (ALFI) and the European Fund and Asset Management Association (EFAMA) since 2007.

Before Franklin Templeton, Gregory, member of the Luxembourg Bar, worked at Linklaters Luxembourg in M&A division. Prior to that, He worked as a tax and corporate adviser in Shanghai assisting direct foreign investments in China where he started his career in 1999.
