Course outline
The objectives of this course are to understand key challenges and opportunities for Funds and their directors related to technological changes.
The course will explore not only regulatory aspects such as EU and Luxembourg frameworks related to data, their flows, and their storage, but also the evolution of the asset management value chain and risks and opportunities this presents to the Luxembourg and global fund sectors and products.
