Benjamin Accadia is a Partner in the business consulting practice of EY Luxembourg with more than 15 years of management consulting experience serving the financial services industry (banking, wealth & investment management, financial markets). He supports financial institutions in their development and transformation while navigating an environment affected by market, political and regulatory changes.

Working closely with decision makers, he fosters understanding of the sources of competitive advantage and identification of new business and market opportunities. Benjamin holds an MBA in strategy & finance from Bayes Business School - City, University of London (UK), a Master’s Degree in Engineering from Esigelec Rouen (FR) and a postgraduate certificate in business sustainability management from the University of Cambridge (UK).
