VERBRUGGEN Karine, Swiss Life Luxembourg SA

Karine Verbruggen has been with Swiss Life Luxembourg since 2016. Before taking the role of CEO, she held the pivotal position of Chief Transformation Officer and led the onboarding of elipsLife after its acquisition in 2021. Karine has also been part of the Global Employee Benefits Management Team since July 2022; she managed the Employee Benefits Operations department in Luxembourg for four years and the Business Engineering team for two years.

Before Swiss Life, Karine held several international leadership positions, driving group projects and teams across Europe, Asia and Africa. She graduated with a Master’s Degree in Business Economics from UC Louvain University, Mons, Belgium, and Laval University, Quebec, Canada.
