Fiscal Reporting Obligations for Boards

Course outline

Tax governance is currently a key topic enhanced since the publication of the Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (“BEPS”) project. This tax governance notably includes tax transparency and automatic exchange of information via several fiscal reporting to tackle tax evasion and improve the communication between tax authorities. Many regulations exist to implement the principles depicted in the BEPS project. The purpose of this specific training is to provide directors with practical knowledge on this fiscal reporting in order to understand their mechanisms, their aims and the risk taken in case of inaccurate or missing fiscal reporting. 


This course is dedicated to directors that do not have a professional fiscal background but that would like to acquire insight on how to read and interpret these tax regulations to be well equipped in their directors role and responsibilities.

  • Module 1 - Fiscal reporting obligations - 7 March 2024 - from 11.00-13.00
  • Module 2 - Financial reporting obligations - 14 March 2024 - from 11.00-13.00
  • Module 3 - ESG reporting obligation - 21 March 2024 - from 11.00-13.00
  • Module 4 - Regulatory reporting obligations - 28 March 2024 - from 11.00-13.00
