The Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CS3D) represents a transformative shift in corporate responsibility, focusing on environmental and human rights due diligence within global supply chains.
This Coffee Chat will provide Board members with critical insights into the CS3D Directive, its obligations, and the practical steps required to ensure compliance. It will also share insights on potential legal consequences for non-compliance and on how to mitigate legal and reputational risks through proactive board oversight. Useful real-life examples from companies that are already working on their CS3D reporting will be provided, both from the financial and non-financial sectors.
This Coffee Chat is part of a series dedicated to sustainability regulations, with a first session dedicated to CSRD planned for 8 November. We recommend registering for both sessions as the two directives, CSRD and CS3D, are interconnected and complementary.
