Valérie has more than 14 years of experience in the Luxembourg financial sector, mainly working as corporate manager for management companies/AIFMs and PSFs in Luxembourg, where she gained knowledge about fund and corporate administration, accounting, compliance and client relationship management. She has a deep understanding of governance practices in the industry.

Valérie currently coordinates Private Equity investment programs made through Luxembourg based entities. She is involved in project management and improvement of internal processes. She is also part of an internal CSR taskforce and developed her knowledge of sustainability and ESG to better understand the opportunities and challenges businesses are facing.  

She serves as board member of Private Equity and Private Debt entities. 

Prior to joining the financial sector, Valérie worked for over 4 years in the audit department of a Big Four firm in Luxembourg, focusing on banks and investment funds.

Valérie graduated in Economics, Law and Business Administration from the University of Poitiers (France) and in Business Sustainability Management from the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership. She is an ILA Associate Director and Certified Corporate Governance Officer. 

She speaks fluent French and English.
