Having 20 years of experience in fund administration, management and advisory and 9 years of experience in banking. 

Didem experience of the industry covers several elements, such as legal, corporate governance, implementing fund structures, devising investment holding structures, transaction structuring, portfolio / risk management regarding private equity and real estate. During her career, she has served as a board member of SPVs and has extensive experience with management companies and dedicated private equity funds and funds of funds. 

Amongst others, Didem worked as a legal coordinator at one of the world’s largest real estate investment trust and provided directorship services at top tier service providers of the world. She is fluent in Turkish, English and French and tax resident in Luxembourg for 25 years.
