Moez Ben Zid is a Non-Executive Director based in Luxembourg, with over 25 years of experience in international banking, private equity and corporate transformation. He previously held senior leadership roles at JPMorgan, Merrill Lynch, and Deutsche Bank across Europe, the UK and the U.S., specialising in structured finance, investment strategy and cross-border execution.

He has served on the boards of a €4bn balance sheet banking group and a regulated private equity manager, contributing to Strategy, Risk, Audit, and Nomination & Compensation committees. Moez currently acts as an Advisor to the Boards of multi-country industrial and hospitality groups, supporting governance modernisation, capital structuring and digital transformation.

He is particularly active in board-level oversight of risk governance, transformation, and technology-enabled operating models. Moez holds engineering degrees from École Polytechnique and ENSTA Paris, and a Master’s in Probabilities & Finance from Université Paris VI. 

He is fluent in English, French and Arabic.
