Since 2017, Mr. Berg has been responsible for portfolio management at Institutional Investment Partners in Luxembourg ("2IP") as a Management Board Member and Conducting Officer. As a master capital management company (AIFM) based in Frankfurt and Luxembourg, 2IP specialises in the structuring, launching, analysis, administration and comprehensive management of real estate funds for institutional investors. It is part of the Institutional Investment Group ("2IG"), which manages more than EUR 40 billion in real estate assets (www.2ip.de).

Mr. Berg has been working in the fund industry since 2007, gaining experience as a portfolio and fund manager for regulated real estate funds in both Luxembourg and Germany. At PATRIZIA Real Estate Investment Management S.à r.l., he was a Fund Director and a member of the AIF boards. Other previous positions were PATRIZIA Deutschland GmbH and IVG Institutional Funds GmbH (formerly Oppenheim Immobilien KVG), both as Director Fund Management.

He started his professional career in 2003 in real estate project development, with stations at aurelis real estate and bauverein AG.
Mr. Berg is a graduate economic geographer and real estate economist (IREBS). He is also a Certified Real Estate Investment Analyst (DVFA).
