Since 2011, Lutz Berneke has served as Group CEO of the Namespace Group, an international B2B-focused internet service provider headquartered in Leudelange, Luxembourg. He also holds several board positions within the group.
Lutz brings extensive expertise in corporate finance, international expansion, buy-and-build strategies, global operations, and product development.

Prior to joining Namespace, he held senior leadership roles in the German high-tech and machinery sectors, serving as CEO and CFO for renowned companies including KUKA Systems, Bosch Security Systems, Flabeg Automotive, the Siempelkamp Group, and GEA Cooling Systems.

After qualifying as a trained banker, Lutz earned his Master's degree in Business Administration in Universität zu Köln (Diplom-Kaufmann) and Fundação Gétulio Vargas, São Paulo.
