Certified Corporate Governance Officer and member of the Institute of Luxembourg for Directors (ILA), with a robust background in corporate governance within Luxembourg's financial industry, she specializes in UCITS and AIFM asset management. Her expertise also extends to fiduciary services for alternative investment funds and holding companies.

Boasting over two decades of experience in client relationship management and corporate administration, Elisa has developed her skills across multiple international markets including Luxembourg, France, Spain, and Italy and is a fluent English, French , Spanish and Italian speaker.

Currently serving Advent International's AIFM management team, Elisa oversees the corporate administration of both the AIFM and entities domiciled by it. She works closely with Board members—both internal and external—as well as risk, valuation and management committee members while maintaining strong ties with colleagues from other global offices.

In previous roles, Elisa provided company secretarial services to a diverse range of Luxembourg-domiciled entities engaged in private equity, debt financing real estate investments as well as structured finance strategies through various regulated vehicles like AIFMs , RAIFs partnerships , holding companies along with unregulated investment funds . These spanned several legal forms including SA, SARL, SCA and SCSp.

Elisa holds a Master’s degree specializing in Luxembourg investment funds and private wealth management from the University Paris Dauphine PSL In addition, she carries numerous certifications related to fund compliance, risk management Luxemburg investment fund (UCITS, AIFM) regulations, and business continuity planning.
