    Jean-Benoît is currently employed as Risk & Compliance Conducting Officer of private equity AIFM specialised in buy out transactions and private debt (secondary market financing), joining from a real estate fund.

    Previously, he was Risk & Compliance Conducting Officer for a private equity AIFM specialised in private debt (loan origination) and prior he was Risk Conducting Officer for an IFM specialised in UCITS and Funds of Funds, and before he worked as fund compliance officer for a Luxembourg depositary bank. He started his carreer as fund accountant. 

    He has more 15 years in asset management, with major in risk management, compliance and AML/CFT.

    Mr Bourgeois hold a Master in Economy from the University of Pau (France), and speaks French and English.
