Pascal Brayeur started his career at PwC Luxembourg and reached the level of Senior Auditor specialised in Real Estate and Investment Funds. After 5 years with PwC, he then joined in 2007, Tishman Speyer in Luxembourg where he reached the position of Fund Accounting Director and AIFM Board member. We was then appointed as Conducting Officer in charge of supervising Risk Management and Compliance. He was involved in several real estate transactions and in the day to day management of AIFs (with different strategies) and their real estate investments.

In August 2017, he joined BNP Paribas REIM Luxembourg and is employed as CFO/COO and Conducting Officer in charge of Valuation, Central Administration and Operations, managing Real Estate Funds with different strategies (Core/Core + Office, Healthcare, Logistics and Impact funds) . He is also day-to-day manager of the AIFM, Board member of the General Partner and also Board member in several local and foreign SPVs. Since early 2023, he also took over the COO role for Italy and is Chairman of the Board of BNP Paribas REIM Italy SGR. He has a strong knowledge in, IFRS, INREV, Consolidation, and also on processes related to the management of AIFs and their real estate investments

Pascal holds a Master of Business Economics and a Master in Analysis, Auditing and Statutory Auditing from Hautes Etudes Commerciales (H.E.C.) Liège, Belgium. He holds as well an Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business from ACCA and is a member of the INREV Reporting Committee since 2024.
