Eric Chinchon is a Founding Partner and chair of the board of MEBS. MEBS provides resident independent directors and conducting officers to Luxembourg and foreign regulated entities (UCITS, AIFs,...) as well as a large scope of governance services (risk, compliance, liquidation, domiciliation…)
Eric started his career as a fund accountant with PFPC. From 2003 to 2005, he was an auditor with Ernst & Young and KPMG in Luxembourg. In 2005, Eric joined Mercuria Services (subsequently Mercuria Management Company (today known as Waystone)), a prominent Luxembourg third party management company, where he was responsible for Business Analysis and Risk Management before taking up the role of General Manager.
A certified professional coach, Eric holds an Aggregation in Banking & Financial Markets in France and graduated from the Burgundy School of Business.
Eric is also INSEAD IDP-C and ILA certified director. 
He speaks fluently French and English.
