Sean Chinnock is a seasoned executive with 25 years in financial services management and more than 7 years on Boards in both Executive and Non-Executive roles, supported by strong digital expertise and academic credentials. With over 35 years of professional experience, he began at Electronic Data Systems (EDS) in management and transformational roles, serving the automotive sector.

He advanced his technology career at Clearstream Services, a major financial infrastructure provider within Deutsche Boerse AG, gaining broad group experience. In 2014, Sean joined the Board of Impendium Systems Ltd first as Non-Executive Director, later as CEO, overseeing their integration into DBAG. That year, he also joined Indexium AG as a Non-Executive Director, guiding technology governance. Sean subsequently served over five years as Executive Board Member and CSSF-approved Chief Product Officer at Clearstream Services, overseeing risk, compliance, governance, and financial sector relations.

As an independent, Sean now acts as a fractional C-suite executive and Board member, especially in Fund Administration and Fintech. He is a strong advocate for robust corporate governance to protect stakeholders and ensure business integrity.
