Michele Christiany is a Conducting Officer and Head of Marketing and Distribution Oversight, Luxembourg at HSBC Investment Funds (Luxembourg) SA.  Michele has 25 years’ experience in the fund industry, both on the UCITS and Private Equity side. Michele has a technical background in Operations, for in-house TAs as well as in the asset servicing area. In her previous experience, she was responsible for regulatory projects across various asset managers in relation to AML/KYC as well as distribution-related topics. She holds a Master in Business Administration from the Metz IAE university and a Master in Corporate Law with a specialty in Fiscal laws from Toulouse University. She is a member of the Luxembourg Compliance Officer Association and co-chair of the ALFI; TA AML/KYC working group.
