Over the last 20 years I have developed a sound knowledge in corporate governance by sitting on the board of regulated and non-regulated Luxembourg entities or being involved with different roles in their governance (Deutsche Bank, Blackstone Credit, Banca Intesa Sanpaolo, UniCredit etc.). After 29 years of direct experience in the Asset Management Industry in Luxembourg the focus of my career is being an Independent Director leveraging on my past experience as Investment Manager, Risk Manager and Board Member of investment vehicles and Management Company.

I hold a Master’s degree in Economics and Commerce from The University of Rome “La Sapienza”. I am an INSEAD Certified International Director. I have lately obtained the  F.M.V.A. Certification (Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst) from the Corporate Finance Institute and the LSE Certification on Real Estate Economics and Finance. I speaks fluent Italian, English and French and I am independent user of Russian.
