Gregory CLAUDY is an independent director with extensive experience in banking, finance, and governance. He currently serves on the boards of several financial institutions, where he is actively involved in risk management, audit, and compliance committees. Additionally, he founded a financial advisory firm that provides governance and financial services to banks, financial institutions, and SMEs.

He has also held key management roles in several financial institutions, including as General Manager of a Luxembourg-based bank, overseeing departments such as risk management, compliance, and business development, and contributing to the strategic development of the institution.

With a solid foundation in financial operations, Gregory has worked in various roles involving finance, accounting, internal audit, and regulatory compliance. He has significant experience advising on corporate governance matters and implementing financial strategies.

Gregory holds a Master’s in Environmental Management from the University of Liège (HEC), a Master of Science in Banking and Finance from the University of Luxembourg, and a Master in Business Engineering from the University of Liège (HEC).
