Mrs. Elisa Da Silva holds a Postgraduate degree in Economic & international law, obtained in Dijon, France. She also obtained certifications in April 2022 for the Aspiring Directors Programme ADP, in INSEAD Fontainebleau, France and a certificate in Sustainable Finance, in the University of Luxembourg in May 2021. 

Since 2002, she has held various Compliance positions within financial institutions, life-insurance company; bank; Professional of the Financial Sector; and Investment Fund Managers supervised by the CSSF and the Commissariat aux assurances, in Luxembourg.

In 2014, she launched a consulting firm, DS Compliance (recently renamed DS Advisory Services) providing Compliance, governance services to the financial sector, including the insurance sector, and RC mandates for funds. She is also providing Independent Board Directorships to the financial institutions.

She is part of various working groups in associations, ALCO, ALFI, LPEA and ILA.

Elisa Da Silva is fluent in French, English, Portuguese, and Spanish, and has an intermediate level in Italian. She has French, Portuguese nationalities and recently got the Luxembourgish nationality.
