    • Biography

    Marcello is Chief Operating Officer, member of the Authorised Management and a Board member, of SMBC Nikko Bank (Luxembourg S.A.) (a member of the Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group Inc., Japan).

    He has an extensive work and managerial experience in the Luxembourg financial industry mainly in the Asset Management, Asset Servicing and Private Banking fields. During his career Marcello held management senior roles such as CRO, CFO  with various significant financial institutions both in London and Luxembourg.

    Marcello was also the PRMIA (Professional Risk Manager International Association) board founding member of the Luxembourg chapter. 

    Marcello holds a master degree in Economics from the University of Naples. He is fluent in Italian, French, and English.
