Before joining Banque Raiffeisen s.c. as Head of Human Resources in 2019, Laurent Derkum acquired solid experience by being involved in strategic HR projects and by having assumed various responsibilities related to human resources management with a major player in the banking sector in Luxembourg for more than 10 years.

Since joining Raiffeisen, he has gradually been able to broaden his scope of skills and responsibilities, and now heads up the Human Resources, Marketing-Communication and ESG departments. He is also member of the board of ASTF.

Laurent Derkum holds a master's degree in political science and German literature from Munich's Ludwig-Maximilian University.
