    Member of the Executive Committee et Head of Human Resources à la Banque de Luxembourg

    Initially a lawyer, Nicole Dochen-Waltregny began her professional career at the Bank of Luxembourg in 1989 as a Legal Advisor in the Investment Fund Services department and then in 1993 in the Legal Department. In 1997, she joined the Human Resources Department, where she took over in 2012. In 2021, she joined the Executive Committee of the Bank of Luxembourg.

    She is today an active Board member in reknowed organisations such as ADA (Appui au Développement Autonome), ASTF (Association pour la Santé au Travail des Secteurs Tertiaire et Financier) and ICN Nancy Business School. 

    Nicole is actively engaged in favouring more diverse and inclusive organisations.
