Ewa Dziuban is a Chief Compliance Officer at Swiss Life (Luxembourg) S.A and a Board Member of Swiss Life International Pension Fund a.s.b.l.. She is responsible as well for the compliance area in the French Branch of Swiss Life Luxembourg and in the Liechtenstein entity of the Swiss Life Group.

Previously, Ewa was holding a Chief Compliance Officer position at the Bank Julius Baer Europe in Luxembourg, managing the compliance team and regulatory topics across 3 jurisdictions (Luxembourg, Ireland and Spain). Before that, she was for 4 years in the Compliance and data protection lead positions with the Swiss Life in Luxembourg.

Ewa is a regulatory expert, with the experience in insurance, banking, consulting, investment management and payments.  She is a Polish bar admitted lawyer with over 20 years of professional experience. Ewa holds a Master’s Degree in law and administration from the Warsaw University, certificate in American law in the Center for American Law Studies of the University of Florida and certificate in English and European law in the British Center for English and European Legal Studies of the University of Cambridge.
