Federica is a non-executive independent director (iNED) within Luxembourg’s financial sector with over 20 years of professional experience in corporate governance, strategic planning, regulatory compliance, and risk management. Her career spans across senior roles in asset management firms and fund industry where she has consistently fostered a culture of innovation, partnership, and mutual respect.
Federica is a member of ILA, part of the ILA Non-Profit Organizations Committee, contributing to governance of the best practices in the NPO sector since September 2024. She is currently enrolled in the “Certified Investment Fund Director” (CIFD).
