Currently serving as Managing Director at CORESTATE Capital Fund Management S.à r.l., a Luxembourg based AIFM, he oversees both regulated and unregulated Luxembourg real estate fund structures. In former roles, he drove the strategic direction and performance of large-scale portfolios at Empira Investment Solutions S.A. and PATRIZIA Real Estate Investment Management S.à r.l.

Beyond executive roles, David Girra has accumulated experience in governance positions, previously serving on the board of the high-profile real estate fund at Universal-Investment-Luxembourg S.A. In his journey, he has developed a deep understanding of navigating the complexities of regulatory environments.

Holding an LL.M. in Real Estate Law and a degree in Business Administration, David Girra combines economic knowledge, financial acumen, and legal know-how. Fluent in German and English, his versatile profile enables him to shape corporate strategies and deliver optimal fund performance results across diverse landscapes.

Beyond his professional roles, David Girra is actively engaged as a lay judge at the Trier Regional Court and lecturer at the RheinMain University of Applied Sciences. His work reflects his commitment to balancing multiple obligations in business, legal, and academic realms.
