Nathan Hardman is the European Head of Compliance at Liberty Specialty Markets.

Nathan is an experienced compliance and assurance professional, bringing the insight, experience and regulatory knowledge gained from more than 20 years financial services experience in the London and European specialty insurance markets.

Nathan is the Compliance Key Function Holder and a member of Management (Executive) Committee for Liberty Mutual Insurance Europe SE MIE, as well as also a Legal Entity Director for the group service companies supporting Liberty’s (re)insurance operations and distribution activities in Europe.

Before joining Liberty in 2017, Nathan was Head of Compliance for Pembroke Managing Agency and has held compliance and internal audit roles with XL Catlin, RSA and Willis Towers Watson since commencing his financial services career with Deloitte in 2003.
