Philippe holds a Master’s degree in International Business Sciences from University of Innsbruck (Austria) and an MSc in Banking and International Finance from Cass Business School in London (United Kingdom).

Philippe began his career at Bloomberg in London before joining the Corporate Finance departments of PwC and KPMG in Luxembourg specialising in financial advisory including valuation as well as mergers and acquisitions. Subsequently he joined a Corporate Finance boutique in Luxembourg for almost six years.

Philippe is also a co-founder of BHB & Partners and throughout his career, he has led and advised on demanding local and cross-border mandates serving reputable corporates, investment funds, SMEs, supranational clients as well as entrepreneurs and their families. He has developed deep sector knowledge and strong financial expertise in company valuations, business modelling, mergers and acquisitions as well as fundraising.

Philippe is a member of the board of directors of two investment companies and he also serves on the management board of "Fédération des Jeunes Dirigeants d’Entreprise de Luxembourg”, a Luxembourg-based non-profit organisation.
