Marie-Sophie Hélier is a Partner at EY Luxembourg and has 15 years of experience advising Luxembourg financial institutions and asset servicers on direct taxation as well as Luxembourg tax regulatory requirements with a prime focus on direct tax and operational taxation (DACs/FATCA/Qualified Intermediary regime) and tax fraud. She leads EY Luxembourg’s Banking and Insurance tax practice. Marie-Sophie is a member of the ABBL, and of the ACA.
