    • Biography

    Nancy Honhon is an INSEAD, Paris and ILA certified Director, with 20+ years of experience in Tax & Finance managerial roles. 

    Currently, she is a Finance Director and Board Chairperson at Bain Capital Private Equity. Her added value to board's diversity has been for a long time her tax expertise and ability to set Company's visions with her peer board colleagues. Her competencies fall in tax planning & structuring, up to and including the structuring of SPVs and M&As, as well as tax risks management all in the PE ecosystem.

    She has also worked for a broad array of Fortune 500 companies of the like of McKesson, ExxonMobil, and Amazon where she occupied inhouse tax specialist roles. Through her time in the US working for PwC, Nancy has also gained international exposure.

    Additionally, she is a member of the LPEA Independent Non-Executive Directors club.
