    • Biography

    Bruno Houdmont is, since 2023, Associate Partner at « The Directors’Office », a leading independent directors’ practice in Luxembourg. He is pursuing a portfolio career focused on Non-Executive Director roles and Board level advisory work.

    He is Board member in different entities, both regulated and not regulated. Previously he had a long international career with two decades of CEO leadership and as Executive Director, having been based for these roles in Belgium, Singapore, Hong Kong, Paris, Beijing, Geneva, and Luxembourg.

    He holds a master’s degree in law from Université Catholique de Louvain and a Postgraduate in European Law from Gent University. He has completed the Corporate Governance certification at Insead in 2021 and is an ILA Certified Director (2022) and ILA Certified Fund Governance Expert (2023). “
