    • Biography

    Nino Jajanidze is Legal Manager to the Debt Business Unit at Alter Domus Luxembourg.

    Based in Luxembourg, Nino has been with Alter Domus since November 2020 and is currently managing assigned portfolio of Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) investing in debt instruments and dealing with legal, compliance and corporate matters. 

    Prior to joining Alter Domus’ Debt fund administration services, Nino held different positions at TMF Luxembourg, Hance Law Avocats in Luxembourg, the European Investment Bank (EIB) in Luxembourg and at the Ministry of Justice of Georgia.

    Nino’s academic credentials include International Business Law (LL.M) from the Central European University in Hungary (2014) and Master of Laws from (M.L.) from Tbilisi State University in Georgia (2013).

    Nino holds certifications from Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II) - Continental Law (2016, France), Estonian School of Diplomacy -EU Association (2016, Estonia), Hertie School of Governance -Legal Approximation (2016, Germany) and Academie de droit International de la Haye/Peace Palace - Private International Law (2015, the Netherlands).
