    After twenty years of working as senior executive in various rail logistics businesses in Belgium, France and Germany, Emmanuel is since 2015 Managing Director of VTG Finance S.A., the in-house bank of the VTG Group, the European leader in the rental of private-owned freight railcars.  

    Emmanuel is also executive board member in other VTG-entities based in Luxembourg and Treasurer of International Union of Wagon Keepers (Brussels), the umbrella association of national associations from fourteen European countries.  

    Emmanuel holds Master in Business Administration from Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales in Liège (Belgium) and is a GUBERNA Certified Director. Emmanuel speaks fluently French, German and English
