Having accumulated more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry with several executive positions linked to compliance, internal controls and corporate governance, Anne Kayser is currently serving as an Independent Non-Executive Director on the board of various entities and on entities promoting corporate governance. She is a partner at European Governance Partners GIE, a Luxembourg non-profit partnership of independent non-executive directors with the goal to share best practices and find solutions to the fast-evolving business and regulatory environment.

Passionate by ESG issues, she recently received the Director Climate Journey certification from Chapter Zero Brussels and Vlerick Business School.

Promoting diversity within boards, Anne is a member of EWoB (European Women on Boards).

She achieved the INSEAD International Directors Program and is INSEAD Certified Director.

ILA Certified Director, Anne is a member of its Board and of its Education & Certification Committee. She is also sitting on the Board of ecoDa (European confederation of Directors association) in Brussels and member of its Remuneration Committee.

She served many years at the Luxembourg House of Training teaching matters linked to compliance.

She holds a Law degree and a Fiscal Law degree from Belgian universities.

Her core practice areas and in-depth knowledge are focusing on corporate governance, ESG matters, compliance and internal controls.
