After a career in multinational industry, then within family businesses that Nathalie managed and developed internationally, she turned to entrepreneurship by creating 2 companies WAW Compliance, an international compliance expert and associated proprietary and sovereign SaaS platform; and Kercus, an expert in sustainable and responsible governance.

Nathalie also holds a number of directorships in finance and industry (chair of an audit committee, member of a CSR committee), and is a trainer for several directors' certificates.

She works on the issues of AI, data governance and cybersecurity to be integrated into the digital strategy that is the responsibility of senior management.
