    Magnus Kihlgren is an experienced finance executive and board professional with over 20 years of leadership in private markets, direct lending, and alternative investments. He is a Partner at Ture Invest AB, where he played a key role in transforming the firm into the leading Nordic Direct Lending and Private Debt manager, growing assets under management from EUR 200 million to over EUR 1.6 billion. He currently focuses on governance, investment strategy, and capital allocation across private markets.

    Magnus specialises in private market investment strategies, institutional capital raising, and the structuring of alternative investment vehicles. He has a strong track record in building and managing trading operations, advising on governance and investment decision-making, and supporting institutional investors in navigating the evolving landscape of private debt and fixed income markets.

    Previously, Magnus held senior positions at Carnegie Investment Bank, where he co-founded and led the Fixed Income division, and at Erik Penser Bank, where he established and headed the bank’s fixed income trading operations. He also served as a Senior Investment Advisor at Jyske Bank (Switzerland) Ltd., advising high-net-worth clients on private markets and fixed income strategies, and as an Institutional Account Manager at Saxo Bank, with a focus on FX and capital markets.

    Magnus is an active member of the Institut Luxembourgeois des Administrateurs (ILA) . He also holds several industry certifications, including the ACI Dealing Certificate, Series 3 (NFA), and SwedSec. His professional interests include investment decision-making, governance within investment firms, and capital allocation across private and alternative markets.

    Magnus holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration – Finance from Lund University and is based in Luxembourg. He is fluent in Swedish, English, and German.
