Biography
Valeriia Kotsur is the Country Head of Risk and Compliance/MLRO/RC and DPO for Stonehage Fleming Corporate Services Luxembourg S.A.
Prior joining Stonehage Fleming, Valeriia worked for a supervised Alternative investment fund manager and several global Transfer Agents such as BNY Mellon, RBC Register and Treasury services. Valeriia is a M3 certified compliance officer by the House of Training and the Association of Luxembourg Compliance Officers ("ALCO") as well as well as ACAMS Sanctions Compliance certificate.
In addition, she holds Master degree in Finance from Kyiv Taras Schevchenko University. She is also active member of AML/CFT working groups in LPEA and ALCO, ILA member, a President of Ukraine dedicated a think tank and a Managing Partner for FUND AML Sarl, a consulting company specializing in Asset Due Diligence and regulatory compliance.
