    • Biography

    Julie Krentz heads the accounting company Krentz & Griffin Sárl in Luxembourg and is a director on private equity companies.


    Julie was previously Country Head of VAM in Luxembourg and was also a Board member of VAM Global Management Company SA, which was a regulated UCITS management company, VAM Global Sárl, the Group's holding company, and VAM Global Services Sárl, the Group's internal service company.


    Prior to joining VAM in 2016, Julie worked for leading international organisations developing their cross-border fund distribution strategies and implementing operations to support such strategies. Having commenced her financial services career in 1980, Julie arrived in Luxembourg in 1987 acquiring an in-depth knowledge of Luxembourg UCITS and AIFs.


    Julie is experienced in managing outsourced financial service providers internationally and has a track record in coaching strong management teams.


    Julie holds an MBA (Finance) from the University of Leicester and is a Certified Director in Luxembourg. She also holds the CISI Diploma in Investment Compliance and qualifications in Private Client Advice and Risk Management in Financial Services.
